his Request for Proposals (hereinafter “RFP” or “Solicitation”) is being issued by the City and County of San Francisco’s Police Department (hereinafter, “SFPD” or “City”). SFPD is seeking qualified suppliers (“Proposers”) to provide proposals (“Proposal”) for an Advanced Law Enforcement Technology Ecosystem that includes: • Body-Worn Camera (BWC). • Records Management System (RMS). • Digital Evidence Management System (DEMS). • Real-time Crime Center (RTCC). The above technologies must be cloud-based or hybrid architecture that is extensible and seamlessly accessible through Oracle’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) for Single Signon. All of the above must utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms that provide data driven insights, real-time data analysis, and natural language processing.
