The proposer will: o Inspect and service approximately 700 devices in fiscal year 2025-2026, up to four (4) times for each device. Starting in contract term year 2 (FY 2026-2027), an additional 50- 70 devices shall be added to the service scope each fiscal year, each new device shall also be serviced up to four (4) times each fiscal year. o Vacuum FTC device and accessible catch basin area at each maintenance event. o Replace and recharge BFTG filter media as necessary. o Describe how the proposer will manage the disposal of all captured debris and material in accordance with all laws and regulations. o Attach a durable service tag to each catch basin/FTC device after the maintenance event is completed. o The durable service tag date shall correspond with the maintenance report. o Provide a service report to track and document FTC services performed at any given location. o Service reports shall include the following: date of inspection and maintenance, device storage capacity at the time of service, signs of overflow, information on clogging, the functioning of an FTC and any repair or replacements needs, and the amount of trash removed from each service location...
