Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Project Management a. Provide project management, invoices, schedule, etc. through the life of the project. 2. Prepare and Update Project Schedule a. The Consultant shall provide, within 30 days of notice to proceed, an initial project schedule in Microsoft Project. This schedule shall integrate the schedules for the BODR, survey, potholing, design (90% and 100% final drawings) and bid documents. The project schedule shall identify the critical path activities and milestones throughout the design, bidding, and construction phase. The Project Schedule shall interface items such as: • District Review Periods • Meetings and Workshops • Design Phase Services • Bidding Phase Activities
