A. Contractors shall provide “standard hourly rates” on the Bid Form that will apply for services performed including trip charges during the period of Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays, see holiday schedule below. B. Contractors shall provide “weekend hourly rates” on the Bid Form that will apply for services performed including trip charges during the period of Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m., excluding holidays, see holiday schedule below. C. Contractors shall provide any special rates that would apply for responding to “emergency callouts rates.” D. Prior to the commencement of any project, the Contractor shall be required to provide the County with a proposed cost estimate with a breakdown of hours, rates and material costs of the project for review and approval. E. Contractors are to indicate notification required from time of placing call for service to the actual start (commencement) of work. F. Contractors shall indicate technical equipment available at job site(s) for problem determination/resolution.
