The City of Sallisaw is seeking qualified firms for creation /development, production, and presentation of a comprehensive/master plan (CMP) for the entire City, providing time-horizon oriented goals against which to plan improvement strategies and resource allocation. Create, produce, and present a cohesive, sustainable, 20-year vision for the City of Sallisaw through a comprehensive/master plan. The physical and digital production of the CMP should include, although not be limited to, the following components: • Analysis of existing conditions to create future Goals and Objectives: o Current SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) o Economy/Economic Development – with an emphasis on industrial growth and primary/quality jobs o Housing
