Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work consists of removing beaver for the entire year at specified sites within Carlton County. A representative from Carlton County will contact the successful bidder about beaver activity at a site. The successful bidder is expected to begin beaver removal action within 48 hours and will be responsible for keeping the site clear of beaver activity for the remainder of the contract year. This contract is for one year, beginning May 1, 2025 through April 30, 2026. The successful bidder will be responsible for: Assessing the site to identify beaver activity and potential risks. Implementing appropriate control measures, such as trapping and relocation. Preventing further damage to infrastructure and the surrounding environment. Providing regular updates and reports on beaver control activities and outcomes.
