1. Contractor shall have minimum of 10 continuous years of experience in the design, manufacture, and testing of power transformers and at least 5 years in the design, manufacturer and testing of FR3 filled power transformers. 2. Contractor must be able to manufacture and ship a transformer meeting the specifications included in this RFP from North America, South America, or Europe. 3. Contractor must use vapor phase processing for drying core and coil assemblies prior to tanking as described in the specification. 4. Contractor must have service and repair facilities capable of complete overhaul of power transformers. 5. Contractor must have the ability to ensure that the transformer arrives at EWEB’s Eugene/Springfield destination no later than February 28, 2028.
