Provide all labor, material, equipment, and services necessary for the Illinois State University South University and School Street Parking Garage Repairs. The project includes, but is not limited to, removing spalling and delaminating concrete from floors, beams, columns, walls, tee stems and flanges. Replacing all damaged or missing seals of any type along with all damaged or missing barrier cables. Making all necessary repairs with structural concrete and application of deck coating. Refer to the technical specifications for the unit price breakdown of the repair items and indicated estimated quantities for the South University and the School Street Parking Garages. Where quantities are shown, they shall form the basis for the base bid. Actual repair quantities will be independently verified and pay amounts adjusted based on unit prices identified on the Bid Form. Quantities not indicated are the responsibility of the contractor and shall be bid as lump sum.
