Specifications include, but are not limited to: The objective of this RFP is to identify and build a comprehensive partnership with the successful proposer to: • Sell and market food and non-alcoholic beverages (Concessions and Catering) in all event spaces within specified UConn Athletic facilities; • Sell and market alcoholic beverages at select facilities; • Provide premium catering services at select facilities and/or select events; • Invest in concessions and premium facility and infrastructure improvements; • Manage a variety of third-party concession agreements/relationships; • Be an active partner in continual product and service enhancements to food and beverage offerings at all facilities; and, • Play an active role in capital projects (consulting, design, and investment as applicable).
