Scope of Work Vendors are invited to submit quotes for the design, fabrication, and installation of a seamless padded cell system that meets the following specifications: • Room Dimensions: 104 inches deep, 80 inches wide, 119 inches high • Door Dimensions: 3’ x 7’ x 2” • Material Requirements: o Seamless construction with no exposed seams or gaps o Non-toxic materials safe for human contact o Resistant to damage from organic parts and from cuts, tears, and abrasions o Compliant with all applicable US Fire Safety codes o Durable, impact-resistant padding designed to mitigate self-injurious behavior o Non-porous surface for more effective cleaning • Product must be available in neutral color finishes • The product must be able to be repaired on site by the facility maintenance staff.
