Perform a complete sewer model and new software to include: o Survey data of collection system Survey crews conducting State Plane Coordinate survey of collection system • Manhole rims, inverts, alignments, etc. Survey data compiled in ArcGIS for use as utility GIS Provide/verify linear footage of SS, and manhole count Pipe size, invert elevations, rim elevations, pipe material verification Provide proposal for cost, timeline & approach o Hydraulic model network construction Current state of model: • Based on current GIS assumptions o Pipe alignment, manholes, materials, inverts, rims, etc. • Model broken up by basins • Basin flow data up to 7 years old currently • McNutt flow data calibrated approx. 1 year ago • (Provide info about flow data age in each basin, and map of basins) • Model built in ArcGIS InfoWorks Pro • When was original model created? • When migrated to new software? • External contractor who updates model network structure • DWF and WWF scripts for capacity Green/Yellow/Red conditions • 2-Year, 24-hour storm event for WWF Provide recommendation for Model Software Provide training on maintaining model going forward Building scenarios for future buildouts
