A. Project Management The Consultant will provide project management services throughout the duration of the Design. This task shall include, but is not limited to attendance at the Design kickoff meeting and bi-weekly progress meetings to report progress of the design work, preparation of project schedule in Microsoft Project format that include Design milestones and status, preparation of monthly progress reports to accompany invoices, preparation of meeting agendas and minutes, providing Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QC/QA) for the deliverables, and attendance of project construction meetings with the construction contractor during the construction phase may be requested at a later date. The Project Manager will be individually responsible for all consultant services. B. Pre-Design Services The Consultant or its subconsultant(s) may need to perform data collection, site visits, surveys, geotechnical investigation, and other pre-design services. The District will provide all available records including existing plans, studies, inspection reports, and any relevant information. C. Design Services The Consultant or its subconsultant(s) will perform the following tasks: • Prepare a Preliminary Design Report (PDR) to provide the District with the basis of design. The PDR shall include construction methods that would be the most cost effective and least disruptive to the public; • Prepare all civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation design, including project plans and specifications; • Prepare all calculations required to support the design;
