Professional camera setup and live streaming equipment at each location to include o At least one professional-grade camera capable of live-streaming up to a 2-hour graduation event in high definition (with at least an 18x zoom lens with servo controls). Two microphones (stage and next to the stage) with mic stand clip and ample cabling to reach from the microphones to the media platform. o Streaming service such as LiveU at each location. We will need to send your feed through our YouTube Channel to broadcast live. o The locations/setups for Lamar, Darlington and Hartsville will be the same this year as those shown on our YouTube channel: (https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLmoe9uxILm71WA2_O3__qD1zo7gZAqRDA&feature=shared). o Mayo will be in a new location, Southeastern Institute of Manufacturing Technology (inside) 1951 Pisgah Road, Florence, SC 29501 with a setup just like Hartsville’s last year (in the playlist). Each location will have a 4’x4’ raised platform for you that is 2’ tall. The platform will be centered in front of and no more than 50’ from the stage. o The outdoor events are held on the schools’ football fields and are not covered. If there is rain in the forecast, we will make the decision on the day before the event to move indoors to the schools’ gymnasiums. o You do not need to provide audio for those in attendance for the ceremony. Your audio is specifically for the live stream. We need to ensure our livestreaming audience can hear the names being called (mic 1) and the speeches on the stage (mic 2). o We do not require graphics for the live streams.
