● Provide detailed description of the bus route development process ● Provide detailed cost estimating for services ● Service Delivery Mechanism ● Frequency of Transport ● Sample Vehicles (including # of passengers) ● Price per vehicle per year ● Description of any additional services provided (route mapping, staffing, insurance, cleaning, parking, gas, etc.) ● Provide regular communication with the School about the status of bus routes ● Provide regular invoices for the School to process for timely payment ● Hire qualified and licensed bus drivers ● Comply with the background check requirements of the School ● Coordinate with TAS, municipalities, and utility providers, as needed ● Provide inspections and quality control ● Bond and insure work, as needed ● Meet all federal, state, and local requirements ● Maintain a safe travel environment for all students ● Ensure bus cleanliness and safety at all times
