• Sign displays must be foldable or collapsable for storage in a vehicle . • Signs must have a customizable, digital message board with room for a minimum of two lines and a maximum of three lines of text. • Signs must be at least 36 inches in height and 60 inches in width and no larger than 48 inches in height and 60 inches in width when open for display. • Must have integrated camera. • Must be programmable from computer or mobile application and include a perpetual license for the mobile application. • Signs should be designed for easy setup and takedown by a single person. • Maximum weight of sign must be no greater than 50 pounds . • Must be weatherproof and able to operate in temperature range from -10 to 130 degrees F and withstand winds up to 70 miles per hour. • Must include all brackets, cords, plugs etc. needed to be a complete, functional unit. • Must include a minimum 3 -year warranty ATS-5 trailer or equivalent • Must be compatible with signs • Must include a high-capacity battery capable of powering the signs for a minimum of 10 hours using a single charge. • Must be able to be safely towed at a minimum speed of 55 mph. • Must have continuous weld steel frame for strength and resistance of fatigue. • Tires and fenders must be sized between a minimum of 12’ and a maximum of 14’ to allow for ground clearance on the roadside. • Must include locking wheel lug bolts and removal tool. • Must include a solar panel capable of producing a minimum of 100W per hour and any brackets or cords needed to power the signs.
