The awarded vendor will complete Air Compressor and Air Dryer Inspections and provide repairs when needed systemwide. The vendor shall inspect all compressors on a biannual basis. The vendor shall inspect all lines, belts, filters, heat exchanges, coolant, and oils. Replace worn out components and change fluids, i.e., coolant/oils as required by the manufacturer’s specifications. The vendor shall ensure all sensor control boards are functioning properly. Air dryers are to be checked for functionality, coils cleaned, filters and lubricants are changed as per manufacturers specifications. All auto drains are to be checked for proper functionality whether they are mechanical or electronic. The Inspections for the Air Compressors, Air Dryers, Water Separators, and Tanks shall be on a bi-annual basis (twice a year) and shall consist of the following: • For the Air Compressors, the vendor shall inspect all lines, belts, filters, heat exchanges, coolant, and oils.
