• Final On-Site Construction Plans: Engineering Firm shall prepare final, project ready, construction plans. • Cover Sheet: A Cover Sheet shall be prepared. • General Notes: A General Notes Sheet shall be prepared. • Civil Design and Drawings: Detail Sheet(s) shall be prepared for: o Notes and general information, o Grading and drainage plans, o Wet/dry utilities and piping plans, o Civil Details for but not limited to curbing, gutters, sidewalks, paving, catch basins, manholes, cleanouts, etc.). • Site Plan Development: The Engineering Firm shall produce drawings and contract documents including schedule(s) of items and detailed specifications, which are comprehensive and concise in nature and in accordance with all professional practice standards to completely and accurately describe the design intent and construction and installation methods of the entire project. The drawings shall consist of, but not limited to, all grading, off-site and on-site roads, driveways, parking, building pad elevations and utility layouts (water, sewer, electricity) for the project. • Site Improvement Plan: Site improvement plans shall be prepared for the project showing, but not limited to, all drainage, grading, on-site/off-site roads, driveways, building pad elevations and utility layouts (water, sewer, electrical) for the project. - Earthwork quantities and erosion control measure(s) shall be shown on the sheet. - The design for water and sewer lines shall include calculations/computations to determine capacities of proposed facilities.
