Approximately 300 square feet: Labor and Materials for the purpose cleaning carpet at 5600 Carnegie Ave. Cost per square foot to include all labor, materials, and equipment. Vendor to pre-spot excessively soiled arears as identified by the City of Cleveland. Carpet Type: Varied. Vendor to provide requested service within seven (7) business days of contact from the City. Vendor must submit three (3) professional references of similar commercial work on references letter head. Cleaning agents are to be low odor. Vendor shall submit MSDS sheets for all chemicals used with submission of bid. Vendor must have a minimum of years 5 commercial carpet cleaning experience. Any work to be performed by the vendor, (moving of movable chair mats, moving of floor item where necessary, etc.), prior to shampooing shall be included in the cost per square foot. Carpets shall be cleaned, disinfected, sanitized, and Scotch guarded. Vendor must submit proof of Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation Insurance with bid submission. Vendors may set up a site visit prior to bidding if they choose. The services are to be performed on a monthly basis (once a month) for a duration of 24 months.
