• Promote the importance of improving Human Capital Management Systems in education • Move beyond isolated policies and actions to a comprehensive approach to human capital management • Partner with the Human Capital Advisory Team to continue and expand networking opportunities across the state within local districts and schools to strengthen human capital practices. • Maintain the Human Capital Resource Center (HCRC) • Create communications and marketing materials to promote the HCRC website, available resources, and professional learning opportunities. • Develop and facilitate Human Capital trainings, professional learning cohorts, and online learning series. • Assist DEW in understanding the current working conditions in Ohio and may pilot the collection of educator vacancy data.
