The selected firm will provide professional services for this project including, but not limited to: • Gather and review existing data including previous Facilities Master Plans and space studies • Work with stakeholders to determine service model and current/future facility and operations needs and ensure that proposed design meets those needs • Prepare design elements and cost estimates including schematics, construction documents, bid documents, and closeout documents • Perform contract administrative services, permitting support, and construction phase services • Recommend design alternatives and associated costs • Prepare narratives and sketches appropriate for stakeholder approvals, public meetings, and funding packages
