The City of Guthrie is accepting a sealed Statement of Qualifications for the: Architectural Services for Highland Hall Remodel, Community Center Remodel and Owen Field Restroom/Concession Building. Project A – Highland Hall Remodel This facility is located inside Highland Park 1102 E Warner Ave. It was built in the 1930’s and needs to be brought up to ADA code. The facility is currently used by an organization to feed senior citizens. Project B – Community Center Remodel This facility is located at 601 N Pine St and Territorial Trail. This building is currently vacant. The goal is to get this space updated and useable. Project C – Owen Field Restroom/Concession Building The City of Guthrie is currently making improvements to the softball fields located at 203 S Academy Rd. Although the project has already been designed, the City may contract an architect to design a restroom/concession building approximately 1000 sq ft.
