The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals and vision statements from qualified developers or development teams (“Offerors”) for the subject property and select a qualified Offeror. Selection of a preferred Offeror and possible subsequent award of the contract will result after the completion of this RFP process. The City may award a contract to the successful Offeror considering the total requirements for this procurement and what is “Most Advantageous to the City” in accordance with CMC Chapter 321. At the City’s discretion, the City may award a preferred developer agreement, sale agreement, lease agreement, or other type of development agreement. The City may also choose not to award any of the Offerors.
