4.3 Respond to service calls within one (1) business day of receiving a request for service from ADES. 4.4 Respond to emergency service calls within two (2) hours of receiving the service request. 4.5 Provide services that do not damage ADES facilities, grounds, landscaping, utilities, or structures. 4.5.1 If damage occurs, coordinate repairs with ADES within two (2) business days of the damage report. Repair or replace the damage at no cost to the ADES. 4.6 Provide the adequate number of personnel or subcontractors necessary to complete the services. 4.6.1 Personnel are required to be at least 18 years of age or older, conduct themselves in a professional manner, and ensure all work is performed within the requirements of this contract.
