Specifications include, but are not limited to: e road right-of-way and any significant features outside of road right-of-way. Ground elevation shall be depicted on the base map. Surface features shall be located and identified. Underground utility structures shall be located indicating flow direction, size, etc. Property addresses shall be provided on the base map along with the property owner information. Road right-of-way survey and existing easements shall be researched and documented for the project limits. Base maps shall be turned into the various utility companies and a request shall be made for them to provide their record information on these plans. The firm shall communicate to the various utility companies requesting information on any upcoming projects they have planned in the area. Butler County Water and Sewer (BCWS) shall be copied on all correspondences and coordination with the utility companies.
