Sullivan County is interested solely in proposals that will combine state-of-the art equipment and technology with the highest level of support and cooperation from the selected IPCS to best meet the needs for the SCSO. The selected IPCS will be fully responsible for all equipment, line costs, installation, and maintenance throughout the term of the contract to include replacing any broken or damaged equipment. The telephone system is to provide the following types of call service from inmates in the SCSO: collect, direct billing, advance paid, debit and credit card. The video visitation system must provide the ability for on premise visitation and remote visitation from any web connected device. The proposed systems(s) must meet all local, state, and federal standards and regulations for inmate telephone and video visitation systems. The County will provide, at its cost, necessary space, electrical connectivity, and booth construction for phone and video visitation stations in a designed area in the facility.
