The Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Coalinga Area office the services described herein: furnish all transportation, supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, services, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, payment bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary for Security Camera and Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) Installation/Replacement Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. This is a standalone system that is not connected to the CHP Network. A. License Requirement: California State License Board (CSLB) C-7, Low Voltage Systems Contractor or CSLB, C-10, Electrical Contractor. B. Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Insurance in accordance with the Insurance Requirements found in this Agreement (Exhibit E). C. Contractor shall provide a Payment Bond equal to 100 percent of the value of the Agreement (TBD Upon Award). Contractor shall complete form State of California Standard 807, in duplicate, and submit prior to the commencement of work.
