The University System of New Hampshire (USNH), representing Keene State College (KSC) Physical Plant Dept, is requesting bids for the Mabel Brown Room Lighting Upgrade at the Young Student Center. The general scope of work for this project is outlined in a separate pdf and generally includes the following: Theatrical and House Lighting Upgrade Proposals from qualified Professional Stage Lighting Contractors to overhaul and upgrade the theatrical lighting system, with an optional proposal for the replacement of the existing house lighting systems. All work must comply with the specifications outlined in Section 11060. Acoustic Ceiling Replacement Proposals for the removal and replacement of the existing acoustic ceiling system within the specified project area of the Young Student Center's Mabel Brown Room. The scope includes replacing ceiling tiles and the grid system across three distinct sections while maintaining the existing ceiling height and layout, in accordance with the specifications outlined in Section 09 51 00.
