The scope of work will include the removal of the existing tub and surround, as well as the installation of a new one. New PVC drain pipes will be installed to replace the outdated copper pipes where applicable. The Contractor will be responsible for sheetrock, mudding, and texturing to align with the current finishes. It is vital to note that the vinyl flooring must remain intact and should not be removed during the project. Contractor must take all appropriate measures to protect the existing vinyl flooring. Contractor shall be responsible for disposing of all waste generated from this project.
