The North Dakota University System (NDUS) is seeking proposals for licensing and support services for its Identity Access Management (IAM) solution, which will be implemented across all campuses and users. The licensing and support services will enable the Core Technology Services (CTS) team to efficiently manage the provisioning and de-provisioning of user accounts, handle account claims for new users, generate reports on user management activities, and conduct user account audits. This encompasses user accounts for students, faculty, staff, temporary guests, and other profiles within the NDUS system, including authentication. The OpenText Specialist should prioritize knowledge transfer to the IAM team and provide the following services: Advanced troubleshooting and production support across all enterprise systems, with a focus on Identity Management (IDM), Single Sign-On (SSO), Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) technologies. Expertise in creating, managing, and revoking roles and resources through the User Application web portal. Upgrading and optimizing the currently installed OpenText systems.
