Material and workmanship shall conform to the latest version of the “Vermont Agency of Transportation Standard Specifications for Construction”. The “Blow and Go” Method as described in the specifications will be acceptable. Provide a safe and secure worksite when working in the Right of Way, including vehicular & pedestrian safety. Traffic control, including uniformed officers, flaggers, warning lights, barricades, and warning signs shall be provided by the Contractor as necessary to perform work in a safe and responsible manner. Unless otherwise specified, the roadway will be kept open to two-way traffic at all times with only minor delays. Contractor to provide all labor and materials – complete and in accordance with these specifications, based on estimated quantities.
