Orange County Utilities (OCU) will inventory their service line materials in alignment with the EPA mandates and guidelines. The work included in this contract will be for, but not limited to, the uncovering, testing, identifying, documenting, and restoring a number of sites Orange County Utilities will identify throughout unincorporated Orange County. The County will select sites for investigation and it is unknown if the sites will contain single or double services. Please refer to the bid schedule for the estimated quantities of single and double services. The County may add additional sites during the contract depending on EPA requirements and/or County requirements. All work is to be completed no later than one (1) year after delivery order issuance unless agreed upon, in writing, between the County and the successful bidder.
