The required services to be provided are door maintenance and repair services at the San Antonio Hospital and State Supported Living Center. The Contractor will perform any maintenance, repair, replacement, installation services as needed on all varieties of doors, metal, wood, fireproof doors. There are fifty-three (53) doors currently in need of repairs for San Antonio State Hospital and fifty-one (51) doors currently in need of repairs for San Antonio State Supported Living Center. Services shall include repair or replacement from wear and tear, or damage done from staff, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances that maintenance department is unable to repair. Contractor will perform any maintenance, repair, replacement, installation on any identified sliding, swing, rolling, or mechanically controlled doors to include all associated hardware, parts, materials, and or supplies as requested by the maintenance department. Work may include working in an asbestos environment. (This is an awareness issue only; the possibility exists that some insulated materials may contain asbestos.
