The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston (“UTMB Health” or “UTMB”) requests proposals from qualified and experienced firms for Flooring Products & Services. Contractor may be required to relocate UTMB owned office furnishings, furniture, or equipment as determined by UTMB Project Manager. Replace existing carpet in patient care clinic areas shown on attached drawing with LVT flooring and new cove base. All work to be completed during non-normal hours, starting Friday evening 6pm until Sunday 4pm. Work to be phased to ensure clinic spaces can be terminally cleaned prior to Monday morning, and no areas are left without flooring or cove base. All materials should be removed at the end of each period of work (no on-site storage).
