1. Provide and Install Temporary Fencing around perimeter of pool/work area. 2. Disconnect and cap gas line at Propane Tank feeding pool house boiler (See photos #1 & #2). 3. Cap and disconnect all water lines feeding pool area. NOTE: Existing water lines are anticipated to be Transite pipe that contains asbestos. Contractor to dispose of any Transite piping encountered to the appropriate landfill and provide SDCOE with the manifesto. 4. Remove all gas lines, electrical wiring, conduits, electrical boxes and vaults from pool area (Power to pool area has already been disconnected) 5. Demo perimeter chain link fence surrounding pool area. Haul debris off site. 6. Demo existing light standards and associated concrete footings. Haul light standards off site. 7. Demo, haul off site all equipment, piping and conduit from the interior of Pump House. 8. Demo Pump House structure and associated concrete flatwork and steps. 9. Break open the entire bottom of pool so that the area will not collect water. 10. Demo top 3’ of pool coping and concrete around perimeter of pool layout. Place debris within pool area. 11. Demo perimeter concrete flatwork, sidewalk and concrete staircase. Place debris within pool area. 12. All concrete debris can be placed within the pool footprint up to 3’ from the finish surface. 13. Place a minimum of 3’ of clean fill dirt within pool footprint and compact 90% minimum. Fill dirt to be same elevation as surrounding native land. 14. Grade the entire area for a level surface. 15. All debris that does not fit within the pool perimeter up to the 3’ from the finish floor is to be hauled from site and disposed of at a proper landfill. 16.
