A. SURVEY AND DATA COLLECTION DEVELOPMENT AND DISSEMINATION Prospective Offerors provide details on how surveys shall be drafted, disseminated, and data collected. 1. Draft custom surveys based on data collection need i. Question options, i.e., multiple choice, yes or no, fill in the blank, etc. ii. Branching and logic based on prior question response. iii. Ability to assist DEW in authoring surveys using best practices in effective survey design. 2. Disseminate surveys based on custom lists and user roles. i. Manage master contact list by organization and role to ensure consistency across surveys. ii. Limit responses to one per organization in the event an invitation is sent to multiple users within an organization (as needed). iii. Set deadlines for submission and send periodic reminders to organization contacts as appropriate prior to the survey deadline. iv. Provide DEW access to extract survey results throughout the survey period.
