Contractor is responsible in obtaining proper permits from “Division of Industrial Compliance” as part of the bid package. Professional Engineer sealed stamp drawings will be a requirement. Work cannot start prior to the issuance of permit. All electrical work should be installed per the latest edition of the ‘National Electrical Code” (NEC) along with mechanical and plumbing codes. Licensed/Registered Electric Firm with the State of Ohio is a requirement.
