The South Dakota Department of Health seeks a qualified partner to serve as the South Dakota Healthcare Preparedness Coalition Partner to help develop and maintain healthcare systems across the state. This coalition must lead preparedness and response activities and trainings, support the coalition’s growth and maturity, strengthen regional coordination, and ensure South Dakota’s healthcare system has the ability to sustain operations and provide acute medical care during all hazards and emergencies. The partner must also support healthcare, public health, emergency management, and emergency medical services (EMS) to enhance overall preparedness and response efforts. Funding will support measurable and sustainable progress toward public health and healthcare preparedness goals; fostering safer and more resilient communities across South Dakota.
