The State of Arizona (“State”) is seeking to establish one or more contract(s) to provide a Comprehensive Health Platform / Wellness Portal for all state agencies, boards, and commissions. Through this Solicitation, the State seeks to establish a contract with a vendor that has an established wellness presence, user-friendly technology, and reporting capabilities and demonstrates a commitment to member engagement and participation that will allow eligible members access to a program that includes: 1.2.1 A health assessment; 1.2.2 Single sign-on (SSO); 1.2.3 Lifestyle management and condition support digital health programs; 1.2.4 Connections with wearable devices; 1.2.5 Short message service (SMS) messaging; 1.2.6 An individualized rewards/incentive program; 1.2.7 A web portal containing health resources, tools, and tracking; 1.2.8 Health challenges and gamification. 1.2.9 Social group connectivity
