Provide all services and controls required for the successful management and implementation of the JPS Master Facilities Plan program. Within the first 60 days of engagement, the program manager awarded shall review all existing program and project information and provide a Phase II Program Management and Implementation Plan for the remainder of the program for review and approval by the JPS Leadership team. The Program Management and Implementation Plan shall include, but not be limited to, the following: Assessment of action items required to closeout Phase I projects; Phase II Program management plan; Phase II Program organizational chart (including roles and responsibilities of key program personnel); Program communications and reporting plan; Key program performance indicators (KPPI’s); Program Controls (support KPPI’s, updated quarterly); Program schedule; Program budget; Program cash flow projection; Program risks/barriers
