Janitorial Requirements (A one-time mandatory site visit must be conducted to allow the suppliers the opportunity to tour the office and ask questions regarding the Board’s specifications.) Recurring janitorial services, as well as floor care service. Entrance/lobby/reception area: Clean entrance glass, inside and out, sweep and mop floors, vacuum rugs, and dust all open area of horizontal surfaces 8 feet and below. Hallways/corridors: Vacuum entire carpeted area and sweep and mop floors. Restrooms: Clean and disinfect all toilets, urinals, sinks, counters and partitions; mop and disinfect all floors; restock all toilet tissue, hand towels, and soap; and wipe down exterior of dispensers. Service will supply the chemicals for the cleaning. Agency will provide products and trash liners. Break room/kitchen area: Disinfect sinks and countertops; clean microwave, inside and out; and sweep and mop floors Offices: Vacuum high traffic areas; vacuum carpeted areas; dust all horizontal surfaces 8 feet and below (counters, file cabinets, etc.) Conference Room: Vacuum entire carpeted area; clean and dust conference room table; and dust all horizontal surfaces Entire Facility: Empty trash and replace liners; disinfect phones and doorknobs; clean baseboards; dust blinds, window sills, air vents, crown molding; clean and disinfect water fountains, and remove scuff marks on floors, spot clean doors, frames, walls and switches. Closing Procedures: Lock appropriate doors and set alarm as directed; report any abnormalities; turn off lights as instructed; and clean, maintain and straighten janitor’s closet.
