The work to be done for this project, shown on the Drawings entitled, “Grounds and Natural Resources Management Maintenance Campus,” prepared by Woodhouse Tinucci Architects dated March 17, 2025, consists of constructing four new structures and associated site work that create the Grounds and Natural Resources Management Maintenance Campus. The four structures include the main GNR Building (112,904 SF), the Nursery Workshop and Greenhouse (5,327 SF), a trailer canopy, and renovations to an existing wash bay (4,671 SF). Major building components include pre-engineered steel building enclosure, concrete, masonry, carpentry, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work including a PV system. Site work includes concrete and asphalt paving, site lighting, underground utilities including water main and sanitary sewer, excavation, and general landscape. This work shall be bid as two bid packages. The bid shall include the following individual Bid Packages, Bid Package #1, Scope A (Base Bid); Bid Package #1, Scope C (Alternate #1); Bid Package #1, Scope D (Alternate #2); AND Bid Package #2, Scope B (Base Bid). The bidder may bid on one or both of the bid packages.
