The required services to be provided are for the maintenance and repair of Kitchen equipment and quarterly service on the hot, cold side equipment, and ice machine services at Austin State Hospital. Perform preventive maintenance on equipment based on equipment list provided in exhibit F. The Contractor shall provide quarterly service on the hot, cold side equipment, and ice machines. The Contractor services shall include calibration, lubrication, adjustments of doors, temperature adjustments, checking gaskets, de- scale ice machine, cleaning coils, cleaning internal parts on ice machine and sanitizing ice bin and verification that all listed equipment is functioning properly. The Contractor is responsible for Ice machine filters to be changed semiannually as well as changing reverse osmosis filters once a year.
