A. Site Improvements: 1. Accomplish site demolition and improvements required for construction of the designated work, including all hauling and disposal of demolition debris. 2. Selective Demolition of area around existing building East and South sides consisting of related hauling and disposal, site, earthwork, compaction, construction of curb and gutter, drive, parking paving, concrete walks, site utilities, grading, landscaping, equipment fencing, and signage. B. Buildings: 1. Selective Demolition at location where new adjoins the existing structure. 2. Renovations, Alterations & Modifications to existing building to Construction City Hall Facility. C. Security: Contractor shall be fully responsible for coordinating and furnishing security for all new construction that has been formally turned over for modernization improvements. It is recommended that the buildings under modernization be enclosed with fencing and relocated as necessary to conform to construction progress.
