a. Temporary Protection – Protect all adjacent surfaces including but not limited to wood gym floor, bleachers, basketball backboards/hoops/support mechanisms, scoreboards, windows, light fixtures and all adjacent surfaces, etc. complete. b. Surface Preparation – Including but not limited to wipe down/cleaning prior to painting, infilling existing holes in masonry walls, structural steel, trusses, miscellaneous steel, ductwork, conduit, light fixtures, piping, roof deck, etc. Surface prep of all painted surfaces prior to painting complete. c. Painting – Including but not limited to walls, door frames, structural steel, trusses, miscellaneous steel, ductwork, conduit, piping, roof deck, etc. All surfaces to be painted complete. d. Access To Work Areas – Provide safe access complete to work areas, including but not limited to, ladders, vertical lifts, rolling scaffold, etc. complete. e. Final Clean – Gym shall be in the same state of cleanliness that was found at start of work. f. Gymnasium is approximately 7,500 Square Feet of floor space. g. Work Hours from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM
