The average area per Project site is estimated to be 1,400 square feet but actual units will vary on site specific conditions. Install drought-tolerant CA Friendly Plants according to LADWP approved designs, ensuring appropriate soil preparation and spacing . Install a rain barrel for stormwater capture, include any necessary rain gutter flow diversion into the barrel. Construct a rain garden with appropriate site grading to capture stormwater runoff and support infiltration;
