A. The work performed under this Contract includes the furnishing of services necessary for the accomplishment of miscellaneous construction, repairs, and maintenance work for projects at various locations, agency wide. B. Work associated with this Contract will provide additional resources, construction capabilities, and technical expertise to the Administration’s Facilities and Support Services Department, and others, as needed. The Facilities and Support Service Department provides facilities maintenance, access control/security work, and other maintenance and support services as needed, including but not limited to: 1. Facilities Maintenance: Structural, civil, architectural, mechanical, painting, roofing, flooring, heating ventilation and cooling (HVAC), plumbing, concrete, and electrical work; Procurement and installation of shelters, various shop equipment (i.e. engine dyno, brake dyno, press break, industrial shear, boilers, air compressors, generators). 2. Access Control and Physical Security: Technical system/software advancements/connections; Minor construction, repair, and maintenance work and implementation of minor equipment.
