The Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) desires to repair the Floor Boxes in the West Building, which will include modifications and replacement to the interior domestic water and compressed air piping and electrical/low voltage. There are approximately 1,234 Floor Boxes in the West Building. Also in the West Building, OCCC is upgrading approximately 12 sump pumps to 12 duplex pump assemblies (each assembly includes two (2) pumps) and approximately 3 sump pumps to 3 simplex sump pumps in the tunnel levels (Bid Additive #2). For the North-South Building, OCCC desires to replace all of the valves for domestic water and compressed air in the approximately 1,042 floor boxes (Bid Additive #1). OCCC is upgrading approximately 12 simplex sump pumps to 12 duplex pump assemblies (each assembly includes two (2) pumps) in the tunnel level of the North-South Building (Bid Additive #2).
