The purchase of an external evaluation services of the Comprehensive Literacy State Development Grant (OCLSD). This contract is for an external evaluator who can assist the OCLSD team in collecting, analyzing, and reporting data required for the annual performance report. The supplier is to state in its response any experience it has with each activity and exactly how it plans to complete all activities of this section, providing detailed information and stating affirmatively its understanding of the activities. 3.3.1. Collaborate with Oklahoma State Department of Education (OSDE) Oklahoma Comprehensive Literacy State Development (OCLSD) staff and consultants to establish standard operating procedures for OCLSD staff, partners, consultants, and supported LEA personnel to collect and submit data for project performance measures. 3.3.2. Participate in scheduled OCLSD team meetings. 3.3.3. Utilize necessary digital tools to develop data collection tools, review data, and provide analysis to OCLSD staff. 3.3.4. Analyze data, based on OCLSD project and performance measures, and provide the information at least quarterly in a visual format for ease of communicating results to OCLSD personnel and stakeholders.
