The Contractor shall provide all equipment and supplies needed for this contract, including providing personal protective equipment for its employees and/or agents performing the task. The equipment and supplies shall be appropriate to ensure safe handling, transportation, and disposal of waste. 5.5.1. The Contractor shall provide pressure-washing services. The Department will not provide water or electricity on site for pressure-washing services. 5.6. The Contractor shall provide safety information through training, hazard communication, risk assessment, de-escalation training, and emergency response training, to all employees, agents, and subcontractors who could potentially be exposed to waste while performing services under this contract. The Department is not responsible for training and/or communicating any risks of exposure to any of the Contractor’s employees, agents, or subcontractors.
