The Contractor will provide as-needed staff augmentation and on-call services for the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) Indiana State Psychiatric Hospital Network (ISPHN) locations, including the Evansville Psychiatric Children’s Center (EPCC), Evansville State Hospital (ESH), Logansport State Hospital (LSH), Madison State Hospital (MSH), Richmond State Hospital (RSH), and/or the Indianapolis Neurodiagnostic Institute (NDI). The Contractor will follow all applicable laws, standards, regulations, and industry best practices, as well as ISPHN and hospital-specific policies, procedures, and protocols. The Contractor will be required to be in compliance with all applicable agencies and organizations with regulatory oversight of the ISPHN and its facilities. The Contractor is encouraged to investigate new techniques which would enhance the Contractor's operation and improve service delivery, advising the State of such developments, the possible implementation, and any additional cost of such services or technology.
